Hello and Welcome to my Portfolio!

This is just a small sample of what I have served in my galleys over the years. Whether it's "family style" buffet meals or 5-star plated experiences, I'm happy and capable to rise to any challenge as my guests and owners have found.

I am also very well versed at alternative diets. Keto, Paleo, low-carb, high-carb, vegan, vegetarian...even one Low-FODMAP owner exclaimed, "Oh, this is so GOOD. Why can't I find restaurants that can cook this so well?!"

High praise indeed, but that's what I do: make everyone feel like they are SPECIAL. Which they are, and they should be treated that way, including crew!

I would hire Corinne Sharpe back ANYTIME she was available when the position is open. She is the hardest working crew member I have ever employed. 18 hour days were her norm. She merges perfectly with all crew members. No job is too large or too small for her to do. She was always smiling, warm and accommodating to any request. Her food is always delicious, and presented beautifully. She comes under the category of a 'perfect crew hire' because she never put herself above any other crew members as many chefs do but made herself part of a team with the crew. No matter what job was needed to be accomplished on the boat, she joined in to help whether it was her job or not. Whoever hires Ms. Sharpe will be delighted with the quality of her services and personality

Our on-board experience was greatly enhanced by the outstanding cuisine prepared by Corinne Sharpe. It was astounding what she could create in the small galley! No challenge stumped her. A last minute request for soup when the day turned cold produced a delicious Italian pasta soup so good that we requested it repeatedly. Our group was focused on healthy fresh food and Corinne delivered this with elegance, style and savor.

“I am happy to recommend Corinne Gregory as a shipboard chef. We cruised with Corinne this summer in Desolation Sound and had a tremendous experience with her.

She is detailed and organized every step of the way, from provisioning to preparing meals to planning intermittent shopping trips while on board. Moreover, she is cost conscious and clever about how and what she purchases.

Her creativity in the kitchen is astounding – we had our daughter aboard who can’t eat wheat and Corinne came up with the best gluten-free baked goods we’ve found, anywhere! She had great recipes planned for us but also changed course when someone wanted something special or different. The quality of all the meals was first rate.

She is hard working and we tested her! The galley she worked in was tight and hot and she never complained and it didn’t seem to affect any of the meals. We had 12 people on board and she responded at every turn to each person and remembered their personal tastes. Furthermore, she adjusted when we changed the size of meals to accommodate visitors without a complaint. She is ready and willing to try to make anything to satisfy her clients and ensure they have a seamless trip.

Lastly, she is a joy to have on board. She is fun and charming to every age and makes everyone feel good. We would use her again and again but I suspect she will become busier and busier as others realize what a great person she is."
