World’s Best Cheese Ball

     2 oz Packages Cream Cheese, at Room Temperature
     34 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese (Gorgonzola is recommended)
     ¼ cup Butter, softened
     1 oz Canned Chopped Black Olives
     3 tbsp Chopped Chives or Green Onions (Green parts only)
     8 oz Walnuts, chopped
    1

    Set aside 1/2 of the chopped walnuts.

    Combine all remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 2 balls. Roll balls in reserved walnuts.

    Wrap in plastic wrap to store.

    Serve at room temperature with crackers, green apples, grapes, etc.
