This is the inaugural post of The Making of the Shipboard Chef. This blog will chronicle how this show came to be, the steps I go through to bring this from concept to reality.

Once the show is launched, I’ll provide updates about behind-the-scenes info of the shows, the boats we profile, their chefs who provide the menus and recipes, the crew, and even information about where we are and what there is to do.

It’s my sincere hope that you’ll have as much fun reading along in this blog as I have in writing it. I wish I could take each and every one of you with me.  Since I can’t do that in reality, maybe I can take you along this way.
